Project Presentation
Context

The absenteeism of the work, costs to the European workers approximately a million euros a year. PME's are particularly exposed, presenting 82% of the total number of work accidents, and 90% of the total number of mortal accidents.
The work accidents reach more the sections of the construction, agriculture, transports, health and social services. On the other hand, the hard-working youths, the emigrant workers, the oldest workers and the ones that are in situation of precarious work, are the ones that are more reached at level of the work accidents.
For their shift, the adoption and publication of norms and community regulations allowed the improvement of the work conditions in the European Union, and significant progresses as regards to the reduction of the work accidents and of the diseases in the middle of work. The Strategy of Lisbon was one of the initiatives that impelled for the mobilization of the economic agents for the implementation and improvement of the work conditions, recognizing inclusively that the quality and the productivity of the work constituted the main outburst spring for the economic and social growth. The results of the community political initiatives, demonstrate that between the year 2000 to 2004, the taxes of work accidents reduced 17%, and the incidence of the work accidents and in the tax of absenteeism superior to three days, reduced 23%.
GENERAL AND SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

As it was mentioned above, one of the key problems felt by the partnership at the level of the improvement of the work conditions is the lack of competences of the employers and workers for the application of HSW.

In this way, the project intends to reach the following specific objective:
In September 2009, the inforadapt products are incorporated in daily practice of a rate of 60% of the partners

This goal will be rendered through the incorporation of the products elaborated in the extent of a project financed by the Community Initiative Equal, denominated by Inforadapt_Inform, Train and Adapt the Companies for HSW.

In this way, the transfer of the Inforadapt products will allow to overcome each partner's specific needs. If the specific needs overcome with effectiveness, the specific objective - in September 2009, the inforadapt products are incorporated in daily practice of a rate of 60% of the partners -,is reached with effectiveness, gathering all of the conditions to reach the general objective of the project:
In 2010, 60% of the partners are competent for the application of HSW in their organizational context

DISSEMINATION PLAN

As we can see on the Map of Logic Framing, in the operational plan of the project and in the dissemination plan (enclosed), the dissemination activities will be intrinsic to the whole project. One of the important activities will be the search of potential beneficiaries. Therefore we are speaking of the two levels of dissemination: the primary level (that aims directly the partners), and secondary level, that will aim the defined stakeholders along the development of the project.
The dissemination plan will be crossed by the development of the following stages (whose activities are described in the following subject):

1st STAGE - IDENTIFICATION PROCESS
This stage is known by the identification of potential participants (institutions, companies) in the dissemination activities (for the process of dissemination of 2nd level), and for the identification of the partners' needs.

2nd STAGE - PLANNING PROCESS
After knowing the target entities for the dissemination (of 2nd level), and after knowing the technical, organizational and training needs, we will proceed with the concrete planning of the dissemination activities, monitoring activities and the communication and Marketing activities

3rd STAGE - IMMERSION PROCESS
After the division of the tasks and of the operational plan, we will proceed with the establishment of an action plan for each partner, which will be legitimated through the establishment of a commitment, in writing. Afterwards, we will proceed with the disclosure activities and with the activities that implicate the knowledge of the products that will be transferred (technical visits to companies that applied the products, training and clarification actions, etc)

4th STAGE - APPLICATION PROCESS
The disseminated entities, will accomplish the dissemination actions properly meant (see the following chart).
